As a stall holder, how did you promote the event to your followers and networks?

Set up and pack down

Currently we allow stall holders to set up from 3:30pm. All cars must be out of the front car park by 4:30pm. The Night Market starts at 5:30pm. Have we got the time for setting up right?
Our Site Manager and events crew support the set up and pack down of the markets. Is the event support service helpful?
We have traffic management on site to support the event. Is having traffic management helpful?

Sales and participation

Do you feel the Night Market had the right number of visitors to support your stall?
How engaged were the visitors to your stall?
For example, advertising, stall display, market experience, items of interest.
