Corrigendum

A corrigendum has been create to correct paragraph 11.2 which incorrectly cross-referenced paragraph 9.115 in the decision document.

This corrigendum has been issued to all parties and can be viewed under Documents, Decision Report and Stamped Plans.

This error does not impact on the conclusion and decision reached by the Hearing Panel or the appeal period.
