Friend of submitter service

To assist submitters in understanding the hearing process, Emily Bayliss has been appointed to act as a Friend of Submitters in relation to RCA23114 (RC8897) 2 Okowai Road, Aotea. Emily is a self-employed planner with extensive RMA experience and is an impartial party to the process. She is available to answer your questions about the process and procedures, and to assist you with preparing for the hearing of your submission. There is no cost to you for this service. As a Friend of Submitters, Emily cannot speak for you at the hearing or advise you on the merits of your submission; Emily’s role is to assist you in navigating and participating in the process. Emily can also assist submitters with interests in common to make a joint case at the hearing, should you wish to do so.
