This Minute formally closes the hearing on this application, following receipt of the Joint Witness Statements on lighting and planning, the final set of recommended resource consent conditions and the applicant’s written reply after the adjournment of the hearing on 20 November 2024.

The decision on the resource consent application will be released and circulated within 15 working days: that is, by close of business on Friday 17 January 2025 (which excludes the statutory close-down period of 20 December to 10 January inclusive).
